AJW Group are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with aviation, aerospace, MRO or supply chain experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment.

What you’ll be doing
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to operational and commercial teams.
- Managing and updating internal systems and databases accurately.
- Processing documentation, reports and customer records in line with company procedures.
- Supporting with order processing, quotations, shipping documentation or supplier administration where required.
- Liaising with internal departments, suppliers and customers to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Supporting reporting activity and maintaining organised records and documentation.
- Assisting with continuous improvement of administrative processes and ways of working.
- Previous administration experience within aviation, aerospace, MRO, logistics or a related operational environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work across different teams.
- Comfortable working with systems, data and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and support wider business activities.
