Client Servicing Executive – Branded Content & Commercial


Role Summary

At associate level, this role supports Tatler Asia’s branded content and commercial sales by owning day-to-day client servicing for assigned accounts, coordinating campaign execution with internal teams, and assisting the commercial team with the sales cycle from proposal to delivery. You will be expected to communicate clearly with clients and ensure smooth execution against timelines, deliverables, and approvals.


Key Responsibilities

1) Branded Content Sales Support

  • Support the commercial team in managing leads and client communications (as assigned).
  • Help prepare campaign proposals, rate/solution summaries, and client decks (with guidance).
  • Coordinate internal alignment on campaign scope, deliverables, and next steps after client meetings.

2) Client Servicing & Relationship Management

  • Act as a servicing contact for assigned branded content accounts.
  • Manage day-to-day communications with clients and agencies, including follow-ups and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain organized account trackers (requests, approvals, timelines, status updates).

3) Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Liaise with editorial, creative, design, events/production (as relevant) to ensure timely delivery of branded content campaigns.
  • Support campaign workflow steps such as:
  • brief intake and confirmation of scope
  • asset requirements gathering
  • internal reviews/approvals
  • trafficking/QA checkpoints (as applicable)
  • delivery/launch coordination
  • Ensure all requirements are documented and version-controlled (e.g., outlines, scripts, creatives, schedules, approvals).

4) Documentation, Reporting & Operations

  • Support sales operations including proposal tracking, campaign status reporting, and recap preparation.
  • Coordinate inputs needed for billing/finance (e.g., document completeness, sign-offs, PO/invoice details—process dependent).
  • Provide updates to internal stakeholders on risks, delays, and client changes.

5) Commercial Mindset & Continuous Improvement

  • Proactively flag issues early and propose solutions to protect client satisfaction and delivery timelines.
  • Improve internal process by tightening checklists, timelines, and handover notes.



Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in client servicing / branded content / media sales / advertising ops / marketing coordination (agency or media environment preferred).
  • Fresh graduates with strong internships in branded content, advertising, media, or marketing coordination may be considered.
  • Strong communication skills and professional client-facing attitude.
  • Fluent in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred (based on client coverage).
  • Strong organization skills: able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in standard office software (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office). AI Savvy and willing to learn.
  • Detail-oriented, comfortable handling approvals and iterative feedback cycles.


Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience supporting branded content production (editorial + creative + approvals).
  • Exposure to premium lifestyle / luxury / consumer brands.
  • Understanding of branded content deliverables (e.g., digital articles, video features, sponsored series, social integrations, events—any exposure is a plus).
  • Writing ability for client updates and internal summaries.

  • Support proposal follow-ups and ensure momentum from sales meetings to delivery.
