THE JOB

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to take ownership of end-to-end development across a suite of high-impact digital products. This is a hands-on engineering role sitting within a cross-functional product team, with real responsibility from day one.

The successful candidate will be working primarily in .NET Core and Python on the back end, building secure, production-ready applications relied upon by large organisations and senior decision-makers. The role spans the full stack from data model design and API architecture through to React front-end delivery, cloud deployment, and automated testing.

The team operates at genuine pace, working in agile sprint cycles and collaborating closely with design and business stakeholders. Engineers here are expected to translate complex requirements into clean, proportionate technical solutions and take real ownership of what they build.

ABOUT YOU

For this role, we are looking for a senior engineer who takes genuine pride in their craft. Someone who writes clean, maintainable code, communicates clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and thrives in environments where ownership and accountability are the norm rather than the exception.

You will be comfortable moving across the full stack, confident making architectural decisions, and at ease jumping into an existing codebase and getting productive quickly. You bring a strong eye for security, performance, and quality at every layer of the stack.

Key experience and technologies we are looking for:

• 5+ years in full-stack development with a strong back-end emphasis
• Strong C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core) across complex, evolving production systems
• Python for ML integration, API development, and data processing workflows
• React and TypeScript for front-end delivery in collaborative, design-led environments
• Designing and working with SQL data models including query optimisation and schema design
• Building secure, production-ready applications with a strong grasp of authentication, encryption, and identity protocols
• RESTful API design and best practices including request validation and rate limiting
• CI/CD pipeline management and cloud deployment workflows
• Automated testing and a commitment to high-quality, reliable releases
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, agile working style
