The Opportunity & Compensation

We are pre-revenue and pre-funding, looking for a true partner who believes in the mission and wants substantial ownership.

• Role Type: Part-Time (approx. 10–15 hours/week) – ideal for a senior engineer looking to transition into entrepreneurship while maintaining current employment.
• Compensation: 40% Equity Stake (subject to a standard vesting schedule and milestone-based cliff to protect both parties).
• Future Outlook: This position is intended to transition into a full-time, salaried executive role (with a competitive executive package) upon achieving our initial revenue milestones and securing funding.

What We Are Looking For

We need a "builder-hustler" who can write excellent code but also understands how to structure software that businesses will trust and pay for.

• Technical Excellence: Proven track record as a Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or Technical Architect capable of building secure, scalable applications from scratch.
• B2B SaaS Expertise: Deep background in enterprise software architecture, multi-tenancy, API development, and strict data security compliance standards.
• Security & Infrastructure Focus: Experience or strong comfort level building highly secure, forensic-grade infrastructure capable of handling sensitive digital safety protocols.
• Founder Mentality: Comfortable with ambiguity, passionate about backend architecture, and ready to co-steer the technical roadmap and vision of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Tech Stack: Lead the core technical strategy, architecture, and development pipeline for our Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
• Build for Scale: Design a secure, robust framework that ensures future scalability and enterprise-level reliability.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with the Founder to map out product requirements, user journeys, and the overall business roadmap.
• Be the Technical Face: Help present the technical framework and architecture to future investors, strategic partners, and early enterprise clients.
