Product Manager

10+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role within financial services, with a strong focus on Operational Risk and Controls

5+ years of direct experience with Operational Risk, Risk and Compliance with exposure and knowledge of Controls and Audit

Should be a SAFe 6.0 Certified Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology platforms or products in an agile environment.

Experience in execution of product features that mitigate operational, financial, and regulatory risks. You will bridge the gap between our Risk & Compliance stakeholders and the engineering teams to build robust, scalable tools—such as automated control monitoring, fraud detection systems, audit trails, and risk analytics dashboards. .

Familiarity with risk modelling concepts methodologies.

Experience with data analytics tools, SQL, and understanding of large-scale data architecture concepts will be beneficial
