This is a strategic and hands-on role in a B2B technology environment, combining marketing ownership with a strong business and sales orientation.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage end-to-end marketing processes – from strategy and planning to execution and optimization
- Drive marketing initiatives around Microsoft solutions (campaigns, events, content, digital)
- Work closely with business leaders and sales teams to support growth objectives
- Engage with potential clients following marketing activities (events, campaigns) – including initial qualification conversations and needs analysis
- Represent the company in front of senior stakeholders and at professional forums (gradually, as part of the role development)
- Measure, analyze, and continuously improve marketing performance
- 3 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in a B2B technology / IT / SaaS environment
- Strong business and sales orientation, with the ability to hold conversations with senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage marketing processes end-to-end
- Hands-on approach
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, independent, and detail-oriented
- Representational presence and confidence
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Experience with Marketing Automation platforms
- Familiarity with CRM / ERP systems
- PPC knowledge
