Your Responsibilities
- Define and evolve enterprise-wide SAP solution architectures that drive business transformation, optimize processes, and deliver measurable impact.
- Lead Seamless Integration: Spearhead the end-to-end SAP landscape and integration strategy, ensuring smooth interoperability, cloud readiness, and future-proof scalability.
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with stakeholders and advise C-level executives to translate business goals into SAP strategies, leveraging the full SAP portfolio.
- S/4HANA Expertise: Design robust, scalable, and secure end-to-end solutions using SAP S/4HANA, tailored to complex business needs.
- Innovation Scout: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, automation, analytics) and introduce enhancements that elevate SAP capabilities and business value
- Governance Champion: Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices aligned with SAP and Westernacher’s methodologies.
- Team Catalyst: Inspire and guide cross-functional SAP teams, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and excellence.
- 8–10 years in SAP architecture across domains like Finance, Manufacturing, SCM, or OTC, with a proven track record of leading transformation projects.
- Deep knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture frameworks, RISE with SAP, and SAP Extensibility and Integration frameworks, with experience advising on the deployment of BTP services (app development, automation, integration, analytics, AI).
- Awareness and practical knowledge of at least one of SAP Business Suite, Digital Supply Chain, or SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Advantage: Experience with the SAP integration toolchain (Signavio, LeanIX, Cloud ALM, WalkMe).
- Skills: Strategic thinking, enterprise architecture mastery, and project leadership.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills at C-level.
