Traveling Superintendent

Gibian LLC is looking for a seasoned Traveling Superintendent who thrives on complexity, leads with authority, and takes pride in delivering commercial projects on time, on budget, and built right. This is not a desk job. You will be on the ground, running the show across a portfolio of commercial construction projects spanning the East Coast from New York to North Carolina. Every project is different. Every day brings a new challenge. And you will have the autonomy, the resources, and the support to handle it.

What The Role Looks Like

You will oversee day-to-day field operations on active commercial projects, keeping schedules tight, budgets clean, and quality uncompromising. You will direct and coordinate subcontractors, serve as the boots-on-the-ground point of contact for owners and clients, and solve problems before they become delays.

Compensation

• Salary range - $110,000 - $125,000
• 401(k) with matching employer contribution up to 4% (after 1 year)
• Paid Time Off
• Mileage Reimbursement: The company reimburses for mileage beyond 50 miles daily at the IRS rate (currently, .70 per mile).
• Per Diem: A small per diem for food.

Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000 yearly
