Retail Head, APAC

The role will be responsible for developing and consolidating retail in APAC region, working closely with the General Manager APAC. The main focus will be on business development, including the identification and growth of new retail spaces, as well as assessing product opportunities and optimization for existing stores in these markets.

The role will report directly to the General Manager APAC. In addition, the General Management may request her involvement in specific projects, both in the commercial area, particularly during the transition period.

Key Accountability:

• Mapping and evaluating retail expansion opportunities in APAC.

• Analyzing the performance of existing stores and identifying improvement areas in terms of space & product assortment.

• Developing business plans and feasibility studies for new retail projects.

• Supporting the General Manager APAC in negotiations with local partners.

• Collaborating with HQ and regional teams to ensure alignment with global strategies.

• Monitoring local consumer trends and preferences on an ongoing basis.

• Contributing to the training and support of local retail teams.

• Supervising, during the transition phase, commercial and merchandising activities in the market.
