- Monitor and support batch data pipelines (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue)
- Investigate and resolve job failures, data delays, and data quality issues
- Perform data validation and reconciliation using SQL (Redshift / Snowflake)
- Support Power BI reports from a data perspective (refresh/data issues)
- Act as single point of contact for business users; provide incident updates
- Escalate infra issues to central teams when required
- Own daily service health checks and basic operational reporting.
- Triage and prioritize incidents based on business impact.
- Communicate incidents, root causes, and resolution timelines to users. Required Skills
- Strong SQL (AWS Redshift, Snowflake – investigation)
- Hands on experience with AWS Glue and Azure Data Factory operations
- Experience supporting production data pipelines (batch processing)
- Good understanding of ETL logic and data quality troubleshooting
- Comfortable working independently with business users
- Mandarin and English proficiency preferred Out of Scope
- Cloud infrastructure management
- Platform administration
- BI/report development
