Enterprise AI & Supply Chain Solutions Lead - Palantir, Palantir Foundry

Location: Houston - Onsite 3/4 days per week

We’re seeking a hands-on Enterprise AI and Supply Chain Solutions Lead to design, prioritize, and deliver AI-powered capabilities that improve planning, execution, and performance across the supply chain. This role blends strategy, technical leadership, and cross-functional execution—partnering with internal teams to move from AI concepts to production deployments that drive measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will also have experience working with Palantir-style platforms and workflows, including operationalizing data and deploying decision-support solutions in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set AI direction for enterprise outcomes, translating business priorities into a practical roadmap for analytics, automation, and decision intelligence across supply chain functions.
  • Identify the highest-leverage use cases for AI across areas such as logistics, procurement, inventory optimization, demand/supply balancing, quality, and operations—then align stakeholders on expected impact and feasibility.
  • Build and manage an AI initiative portfolio, balancing near-term improvements with longer-term, transformation-level programs; define success metrics and sequencing.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML products, from ideation and requirements through model development, integration, deployment, monitoring, and iterative enhancements.
  • Partner with data and engineering teams (and platform stakeholders) to design solutions that connect to enterprise systems, align with data governance expectations, and support reliable operations.
  • Lead pilots and scaling plans, including test design, evaluation criteria, rollout strategy, change impact assessment, and coordination with internal and external partners when required.
  • Ensure responsible, trustworthy AI by implementing standards for explainability, security, privacy, model risk management, and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into real workflows, working with operations and functional teams to embed decision-support tools into daily processes rather than standalone analytics.
  • Remove adoption blockers, addressing gaps in data readiness, workforce capability, process alignment, and operational ownership.
  • Drive internal enablement and adoption, educating teams on AI capabilities and tools, building awareness, and establishing best practices for safe and effective usage.

Preferred Experience (Optional)

  • Experience delivering AI/ML or decision-intelligence solutions in supply chain, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, or operations
  • Exposure to Palantir-like platforms or comparable systems that operationalize data, workflows, and intelligence layers (e.g., ontology/workspace concepts, deployment patterns, operational dashboards, or integrated decision tools)
  • Strong ability to work across stakeholders: executives, domain SMEs, data scientists, software engineers, and IT/infosec partners
  • Demonstrated results: measurable improvements (cost, service level, forecast accuracy, throughput, waste reduction, inventory turns, etc.)
