What You’ll Do
Operational Support & Process Improvement
- Assist in improving workflows and operational processes across departments
- Help identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions
- Support development of SOPs, training materials, and process documentation
- Assist with operational projects and implementation initiatives
- Help improve communication and workflow consistency between teams
Technology & Innovation
- Research and help implement new tools, systems, and automation opportunities
- Support AI-driven initiatives and operational innovation projects
- Assist with system organization, reporting visibility, and process tracking
- Help improve operational efficiency through technology and workflow optimization
- Stay current on emerging tools, automation trends, and operational best practices
Reporting & Analytics
- Track operational KPIs and assist with reporting
- Help build dashboards, spreadsheets, and operational tracking systems
- Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support leadership with operational insights and reporting visibility
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work alongside operations, customer service, recruiting, dispatch, and leadership teams
- Support rollout of new operational initiatives and processes
- Assist teams with adapting to new tools and operational improvements
- Help maintain organization, accountability, and process consistency
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Experience
- Experience in operations, administrative support, project coordination, technical support, or process improvement preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable learning new technology and systems quickly
- Interest in AI, automation, operational technology, and innovation
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Background
- Experience supporting operations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical curiosity and willingness to improve processes
- Comfortable working with reporting, spreadsheets, and operational tracking
- Experience with home service, logistics, operations, or service-based industries is a plus
