Technical Support Engineer (m/w/d) - Switzerland (French-speaking)

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a: Technical Support Engineer (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Provide written and telephone-based support to French-speaking customers and partners
• Analyze, classify, and respond to technical inquiries while ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Document support cases in English for internal tracking and follow-up
• Conduct product testing and maintain related documentation
• Maintain and continuously update internal FAQs
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in the regional sales team
• Support the local team during events and customer activities

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or degree in IT, electronics, or a related field
• Strong interest in customer interaction combined with a technical mindset
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Fluent in Mandarin
• German language skills are a plus
