This is an excellent opportunity for a student at the beginning of their studies to enter the world of IT infrastructure, learn from an experienced IT Manager, and gain significant hands-on experience during their degree.
Job Description:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting (Tier 1) for company employees on-site, with a smile and a high service orientation.
- Managing user premissions, authorities and alike
- Support and maintenance of end-user equipment: Laptops/Desktops, hardware, and peripherals.
- Ongoing support for Windows operating systems, Office 365 applications and google workspace.
- Managing the office network management (TCP/IP, DNS), and cloude ralted serivices.
Requirements:
Requirements (Mandatory):
- Student in Information Systems or a technological degree that includes IT infrastructure and networking courses – Mandatory (with a significant remaining study period).
- Prior experience in technical customer service OR relevant military experience in IT/computing fields (PC Technician, Mamram, Digital Operator, etc.).
- Proven technical knowledge of PC and Laptop hardware.
- Full proficiency in Windows and Office environments.
- Basic understanding and troubleshooting capabilities in networking (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Service-Oriented Personality: Courteous, patient, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine desire to help users.
- Familiarity with the Linux environment.
- Completion of Cyber/Information Security courses.
- Scope: This is a part time job, with minimum of 23 hours a week (flexible according to academic schedule).
- Location: Ra'anana
- The position is mainly intended for students (preference for 1st-year).
