Now Hiring: AP Contractor | Bradenton/Sarasota, FL | Monday Start!

Looking for a contract AP opportunity that kicks off immediately? We're working with a well-established, PE-backed company in Bradenton/Sarasota area.


The Role This is a fully in-office contract position supporting the AP function while they build out their permanent team. You'll be processing 50–75 invoices per day, completing 3-way matching, and entering data into Sage. Some light clerical support (phones, filing) is also part of the mix.


What You Need

  • Solid AP experience — no degree required
  • Comfortable in a warehouse/industrial environment
  • Basic Excel skills; additional experience is a bonus
  • Manufacturing, construction, distribution, or inventory background is a plus but not required


The Details

  • Pay: $23–$25/hour
  • Location: Bradenton/Sarasota, FL (fully in-office)
  • Start: Monday, 4/27 — or as soon as possible
