You turn data into actionable insights that power our connected services, charging solutions, subscription models, and digital platforms across Europe.
As a strong individual contributor, you design and deliver high-quality analytics, dashboards, and advanced reporting that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. With several years of hands-on BI experience, you independently manage complex analytical tasks while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive impact and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities
Business Intelligence Reporting
- Design, develop, and optimize dashboards and reports using Tableau and other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker)
- Deliver clear, reliable, and actionable insights to support operational and management decision-making
- Ensure consistency, transparency, and accuracy of KPIs across reports and business use cases
- Analyze connected car, subscription, charging, customer, and digital usage data to support business growth
- Perform ad-hoc analyses for Product, CRM, Marketing, Customer Support, and Business teams
- Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities to improve customer experience and performance
- Work with AWS-based data platforms (e.g., S3, Athena, Redshift, Glue) for data exploration and analysis
- Use SQL extensively and apply Python (or similar tools) for advanced analysis, automation, and data preparation
- Contribute to data validation and continuous improvement of data quality and reliability
- Support descriptive and predictive analytics use cases, including trend analysis, forecasting, and segmentation
- Contribute to AI- and LLM-enabled analytics initiatives where applicable
- Translate business questions into structured analytical frameworks and measurable outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders across European markets and HQ to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactively improve dashboards, KPIs, and reporting processes
- Drive automation and efficiency in recurring analytics workflows
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a comparable field
- 4–5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data-related roles
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
- Proven track record of supporting business stakeholders with data-driven insights and reporting solutions
- Strong BI foundation with the ability to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches
- Solid understanding of KPI design, performance measurement, and data-driven decision frameworks
- Comfortable working with large, complex datasets to generate clear, insight-driven conclusions
- Hands-on expertise in Tableau, including dashboard design and data storytelling
- Working knowledge of additional BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker)
- Strong understanding of visualization best practices for executive and operational reporting
- Advanced SQL skills for data exploration, validation, and transformation
- Experience with AWS-based analytics services (e.g., S3, Athena, Redshift, Glue)
- Good understanding of cloud data architectures and analytical data models
- Experience with Python (or similar) for analysis and automation
- Exposure to descriptive or predictive analytics in collaboration with advanced analytics teams
- Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills
- High attention to data quality and accuracy
- Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive, ownership-driven working style
