About the Job
Our client is a fundamental equity investor looking for an associate python developer. They are looking for somebody with a passion for learning, with professional communication skills. You will mainly be automating processes, making them more efficient, while liaising with other teams and shareholders. This is a hybrid role with the option to work from home within a week of some national holidays.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools.
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid software development.
- Collaborate with non-technical teams like finance, compliance, and investor relations on a variety of projects.
- Set up and maintain monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in true full-stack or back-end leaning software development.
- Main coding language is Python (strong understanding), with associated tech stacks including: SQL, PowerShell, VBA, CI/CD, and AI Tools
