- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Support inventory control and proper storage of ingredients
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors
- Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries
- Ensure proper handling of kitchen equipment and machinery
- Work closely with FOH team to ensure smooth service operations
- Minimize food wastage and follow portion control standards
- Support opening and closing kitchen procedures
