We are looking for a Recruiter for a 1 year contract with high possibility of extension. Role is hybrid with 4 days a week on site in Downtown Toronto.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Responsibilities / Day in the Life
- Manage the onboarding process from end to end, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Support Recruiters and Senior Recruiters with daily recruiting operations and ad hoc requests
- Post and manage job requisitions for Senior Recruiters
- Coordinate and track onboarding documentation, timelines, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records and candidate information within recruitment systems
- Communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and policies
- Assist with reporting, tracking metrics, and recruitment administration as required
- Prioritize multiple tasks while managing a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
Required Technology & Software Skills
The selected candidate will regularly use the following tools to support recruitment coordination, reporting, communication, and onboarding activities:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Outlook
- Workday
Must-Have Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience within an agency or fast-paced corporate recruiting environment
- Experience recruiting for corporate roles
- Experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Strong organizational, time management, and process management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven problem-solving, analytical, and numeric reasoning skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work under pressure
- Quick adaptability in changing business environments
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with Workday and/or Phenom
- Recruitment experience within agency and corporate environments
- Financial Services / FI industry experience
- HR Certification
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
