They take a high-conviction, hands-on approach to investing, partnering closely with management teams to drive both organic growth and strategic M&A. The Associate will play a central role across the full deal lifecycle, including evaluating new investments, building and stress-testing financial models, supporting diligence processes, and helping shape investment theses alongside senior investors.

Key Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in investment banking at a top-tier bank
• Strong healthcare exposure required (medtech, or healthcare services experience preferred)
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Sharp commercial judgment with strong attention to detail
