We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter with Payroll Experience to join our client's growing team based in Delhi. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in recruitment along with exposure to payroll coordination and HR operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition while supporting payroll-related activities to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously, and a good understanding of payroll processes, employee documentation, and HR compliance. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments.
  • Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and prepare job descriptions accordingly.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate salary packages and support offer rollout and onboarding activities.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Payroll & HR Support

  • Assist in payroll input preparation including attendance, leave records, incentives, reimbursements, and employee data validation.
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors or internal payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing.
  • Maintain employee records, joining documentation, and HR databases.
  • Support statutory compliance documentation and payroll-related reporting.
  • Address employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave balances, and HR policies.
  • Assist in HR operational activities including onboarding, exit formalities, and employee engagement initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Experience in recruitment and payroll coordination.
  • Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing, attendance management, and salary structures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools/job portals.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in recruitment with exposure to payroll processes.
  • Prior experience in consultancy or corporate hiring environments will be an advantage.
  • Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods will be preferred
