๐ŸŒŸ Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic RBHโ€“ Field Sales (Retail) to lead large field sales teams and drive SMB / Retail Merchant Onboarding for Google Ads solutions.

This role requires a strong leader with deep expertise in offline retail distribution, capable of scaling merchant acquisition and building high-performance field sales teams.


๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ”น Lead and scale large retail field sales teams across territories.

๐Ÿ”น Drive SMB and retail merchant acquisition and onboarding for Google Ads solutions.

๐Ÿ”น Build and expand merchant networks and retail distribution channels.

๐Ÿ”น Set targets, track performance, and ensure consistent field sales delivery.

๐Ÿ”น Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and merchant success.

๐Ÿ”น Identify market opportunities and implement growth strategies for merchant expansion.

๐Ÿ”น Mentor and develop high-performing sales leaders and field teams.


๐Ÿ‘ค Ideal Candidate Profile

โœ”๏ธ 8+ years of experience in offline retail sales, distribution, or field sales leadership.

โœ”๏ธ Proven experience managing and scaling large field sales teams.

โœ”๏ธ Experience in SMB or retail merchant acquisition is highly preferred.

โœ”๏ธ Exposure to Digital or Performance Marketing will be an advantage.

โœ”๏ธ Experience in SaaS, AdTech, E-commerce, Marketplaces, or platform-led businesses preferred.

โœ”๏ธ Stable career track record with a minimum of 2 years in one organization.

โœ”๏ธ Strong leadership presence with a high ownership and execution mindset.

๐ŸŽ“ Education

Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
