House of Kian is a design-focused studio creating experiential spaces through strong design methodologies and brand-driven 3D environments. Our work spans hospitality, commercial, retail, and gaming projects, residentials & farm houses with a specialization in restaurants and bars. We operate in a fast-paced office environment where design is the top priority.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin to join our team in Gurugram. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys managing day-to-day office operations efficiently.
- Support leadership with admin and executive tasks
- Manage calendars, meetings, and schedules
- Handle calls, emails, and communications
- Maintain client relationships
- Manage hirings and take interviews
- Creating new systems and procedures as per office working systems.
- Create office culture
- Maintain records and documentation
- Assist with coordination and follow-ups
- Streamline processes and fix workflow/data issues
- Experience in admin/executive support
- Strong communication and phone etiquette
- Organized, detail-oriented, and multitasker
- Process-driven with problem-solving skills
- Analytical mindset for data-related tasks
- Proficient in MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
