- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends and support leadership decisions
- Connect clinical and administrative datasets to real-world healthcare outcomes, translating technical findings into clear, trusted insights
- Ensure data quality and governance standards are upheld across all BI deliverables in regulated healthcare environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align analytics outputs with organizational priorities and care delivery goals
- Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or health data management
- Proven ability to design, manage, and scale BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare settings
- A confident team leader who can guide analysts and BI developers toward high-quality, impactful outputs
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and capable of maintaining rigor across complex, multi-source data environments
- Self-directed and reliable — you can own deliverables and drive outcomes without close supervision
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI model training workflows or human-in-the-loop data pipelines
- Background working with large language models or AI research teams in a healthcare context
- Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, dbt, or similar BI platforms
