Position Overview

We are searching for a friendly and professional Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to assist customers directly, provide accurate service information, and support daily customer operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build strong communication and service skills in a team-oriented environment. Full training is provided.

Job: Full time

Pay Range: $18.00 - $28.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in person with inquiries, concerns, and service needs.
  • Provide accurate information about company services and offerings.
  • Help resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions.
  • Support team operations and daily workflow.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications
