Your Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for existing hospital and clinic customers, building trust with physicians, nurses, and key decision‑makers.
- Drive new‑business development by identifying centres that can benefit from advanced cardiac‑care technology and supporting them through the adoption process.
- Collaborate with your Regional Manager to design territory‑specific sales plans and adapt them to local market dynamics, payer structures, and clinical workflows.
- Expand your network with key opinion leaders, guideline‑shaping professionals, and technical buyers in cardiology, electrophysiology.
- Organise and lead physician education events, case‑based round‑tables, and clinical workshops to demonstrate product impact and clinical value.
- Represent the company at national and international medical congresses, trade fairs, and scientific meetings, contributing to brand visibility and pipeline generation.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in nursing or training in intensive care
- Min 1 years experience in sales and the pharma, biotech or medical device industry
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a field‑based role.
- Willingness to travel and a high level of customer focus
- Business-fluent German & English skills
