- Recruit and onboard new sales team members.
- Mentor and train sales staff, ensuring they meet their performance targets.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of mortgage financing, local neighborhoods, schools, and homeownership matters.
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, Partner Calls, and leadership development.
- Master the use of PLACE Technology.
- Engage actively in the PLACE Leadership Development program.
- Participate in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and apply effective systems.
- Enhance your skills as a real estate sales expert through client prospecting and consultation.
- Develop and manage both existing and new marketing campaigns.
- Supervise contract negotiations.
- Ensure sales team members effectively utilize database tools and lead opportunities.
- Accountability-based leadership driving people to achieve goals
- Excellent at building rapport
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Learning based
- Able to build and lead a team
- Real estate license
- 5+ years of industry and sales experience required
- 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
