Characteristics And Responsibilities

Financial Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business

• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure sound financial

Financial Reporting And Analysis

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making by the executive
• team and the Board of Directors.

Risk Management

• Identify and assess financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's
• financial health.
• Implement robust internal controls and compliance measures.

Capital Management

• Optimize the company's capital structure and manage capital allocation to support growth
• initiatives.
• Evaluate and execute financing opportunities, including debt and equity.

Investor Relations

• Serve as a key point of contact for investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate the company's financial performance and strategic initiatives.

Team Leadership

• Provide strong leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and
• collaboration.
• Mentor and develop finance professionals, ensuring a high-performing and motivated team.

Mergers And Acquisitions

• Lead financial due diligence for potential acquisitions or partnerships.
• Play a key role in negotiating and structuring financial aspects of deals.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure Compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Knowledge of Accounting laws of U.K. and India preferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial management best
• practices.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding finance teams.
