Equipment Coordinator

Essential Functions
- Process equipment orders from sales representatives, service technicians, and customers.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and customer records related to equipment purchases.
- Identify the most effective sourcing and ordering solutions for equipment.
- Verify incoming shipments and prepare equipment for delivery or installation.
- Coordinate installation schedules with the Service Department, sales teams, and customers.
- Generate invoices, purchase orders, credits, and returns.
- Maintain accurate equipment files and vendor pricing information.
- Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
- Support branch operations with additional administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
- Warehouse duties.
- Performs other tasks as requested or assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College education in business, accounting, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Previous logistics or coordination experience is an asset.
- Strong computer and basic accounting skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
