As Key Account Manager renewables, you will be the Italian point of reference for the Renewables segment within the international BauWatch Group and a key contact for some of the leading players in the Italian renewables market. You will develop new business opportunities, build strong partnerships and grow BauWatch’s presence in the renewables market, working closely with the Sales Manager Italy, the international Renewables Manager, Marketing and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through new business development and strategic partnerships.
- Act as the Italian point of reference for the Renewables segment within the international BauWatch Group, including regular meetings with the international manager.
- Build and manage relationships with some of the leading key players in the Italian renewables market.
- Build and maintain a network of partners, including rental companies, security firms and renewables industry players.
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Represent BauWatch at trade fairs, events and company presentations.
- Support the Direct Sales Team in acquiring new customers.
- Share market insights and opportunities with Sales, Product and Group Management.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales, key account or business development experience.
- Previous experience or strong relationships in the renewables industry, mandatory.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Willingness to travel across Italy.
- Good MS Office skills;
- CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, is a plus.
- Advanced conversational English.
- Full valid driving licence.
