What We're Looking For
Must Have
- Scholar degree in Engineering, Technical, or Business-related field (or equivalent combination of education and acquired experience)
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in B2B markets
- Ability to learn and translate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficient in executing tactical plans to win business
- Coachable and willing to learn — we invest in our people
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Self-disciplined with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- 5–10 years of professional experience, ideally in technical sales
- Background in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, or EPC design — highly relevant to Data Center environments
- Registered Professional Engineer designation
- Experience in Data Center, IT infrastructure, or related industries
- Maintaining a healthy CRM pipeline at 3x quota level
- Achieving or exceeding annual individual and team sales quotas
- Building deep, trusted relationships within client organizations
- Delivering industry-leading customer support across your territory
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date annual sales plans for each assigned account
