You Will Make an Impact By:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating offers and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment support.
- Help drive campus recruitment activities, including university events and early talent programs.
- Coordinate with external vendors and assist in project-based hiring activities.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, promoting MKS as an employer of choice.
- Stay curious and bring new ideas to improve how we attract and engage talent.
- Tertiary education in a relevant field.
- 1–2 years of recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or RPO).
- Interest or experience in campus hiring is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Thai, Malay, or Vietnamese) are an advantage.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
