In this role, you’ll manage 3 Technical Sales Representatives while also driving sales across automation and material handling systems. You’ll focus on developing new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and supporting the continued expansion of the sales team.

The Role:

• Manage and support 3 Technical Sales Representatives

• Sell automation and material handling systems across the US

• Develop new business through distributor and customer relationships

• Travel as required with flexibility to work remotely

The Candidate:

• Background in technical sales, business development, or sales management

• Experience within industrial, manufacturing, automation, or engineering sectors

• Knowledge of material handling, automation equipment, or industrial components

• Previous experience managing a small team
