About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Manufacturing to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of products that support manufacturing operations and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, supply chain, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals and manufacturing strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product feasibility and scalability.
• Translate manufacturing needs into technical requirements and user stories.
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure alignment with industry standards, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Support digital transformation initiatives (e.g., Industry 4.0, automation, IoT).
• Coordinate with supply chain and operations to improve efficiency, cost, and productivity.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Strong experience in manufacturing environments (discrete or process manufacturing).
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and operations.
• Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, MES, automation, data analytics).
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in global or multi-site manufacturing environments.
• Background in digital products or software for manufacturing.
• Familiarity with data-driven decision making and KPIs.
