About The Role
As the Regional Sales & Marketing Manager, Spares & Accessories (S&A), you’ll lead Dyson’s S&A commercial agenda in regions. Your mission: deliver growth, drive profitability, and champion the owner experience by bringing the global S&A strategy to life with the markets. You’ll co-create regional channel approaches, support local teams, and ensure the S&A portfolio fits Dyson’s standards and ambitions.
This role combines local insight with commercial expertise. You’ll partner from global S&A team with BU’s, regional sales, marketing, supply chain, and digital teams to maximise impact while adapting to regional trends and needs.
Key Responsibilities
Regional S&A Strategy & Delivery
- Localise and execute Dyson’s S&A strategy in the region.
- Set clear sales, growth, and profitability targets; adapt the global plan for market realities.
- Develop and optimise S&A performance across all channels—D2C, e-commerce, retail, customer service and third-party partners.
- Identify category gaps and drive new initiatives to meet customer and commercial goals.
- Coordinate with supply chain and digital teams for seamless execution and powerful, localised campaigns.
- Analyse market data, consumer preferences, and competitive trends.
- Use insights to drive promotional planning, product assortment, and channel activation.
- Set, monitor, and report on KPIs to ensure regional targets are achieved.
- Act as the bridge between the global S&A team, local markets, BU’s and functions.
- Share best practices, relay market needs, and align on commercial priorities.
- Engage with marketing, sales, and customer service to maximise owner engagement and satisfaction.
- Gather feedback after S&A activities and launches, identifying lessons and embedding improvements.
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles—ideally within S&A, aftercare, consumables, or a related fast-paced category.
- Strong familiarity with regional market trends, channel dynamics, and owner engagement.
- Skilled in category management, commercial planning, and campaign execution.
- Analytical, data-driven, and decisive in making commercial recommendations.
- Collaborative and clear communicator—able to align, influence, and execute across diverse teams and cultures.
