National Project Manager (National / Commercial Pavement and Concrete)The National Project Manager (PM) is the field execution leader responsible for delivering larger, more complex projects across the country, serving as an operational extension of Sales and Sales Support. The PM ensures projects are planned correctly, executed to scope, documented thoroughly, and completed on time while protecting margin, managing risk, and maintaining clear, proactive communication with internal teams and client stakeholders.
This role requires a strong communicator who can identify issues early, propose solutions quickly, and keep internal stakeholders informed, especially the Account Manager/Sales Rep and the designated Project Coordinator supporting the job. The PM maintains alignment with the Vice President of Operations on project delivery priorities and standards.
Compensation: $100,000+ based on experience
