Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pedricktown, NJ, for a Sales Account Manager. In this role, you will manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and work to expand sales accounts. Responsibilities include developing and executing account strategies, identifying and pursuing lead generation opportunities, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients to address their needs. The role also involves collaborating with internal departments to deliver customized solutions and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Proficient in Customer Service and Communication
- Experience in Lead Generation and client acquisition strategies
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in PowerBI software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the food industry or with perishable goods is an asset
