  • As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Brand Communications & Social Media professional to lead our integrated communications and digital presence across key markets.

ROLE SUMMARY

  • Reporting to senior management, you will shape and manage the Company’s brand voice across PR, digital and social channels.
  • You will lead a small team to drive brand visibility, engagement and reputation across Hong Kong, Mainland China and international markets, ensuring all communications reflect our design vision and position us as a market leader in luxury interior design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated communication strategies to strengthen corporate visibility and reinforce our market‑leading position.
  • Lead and coach a small team to manage the studio’s social media presence across Hong Kong, Mainland China and key international markets (including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WeChat, RedNote, Douyin, Weibo, etc.).
  • Plan and manage the content calendar and posting schedule, ensuring strong alignment with brand strategy, project milestones and business objectives.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (management, design and business development teams) and external partners (agencies, media, collaborators) to deliver consistent and impactful communication campaigns.
  • Oversee and conduct ongoing digital performance analysis using key tools (e.g. SEO metrics, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, advertising dashboards) to monitor results, optimise campaigns and generate actionable insights.
  • Manage PR activities in partnership with external agencies, including press releases, media interviews, project features and corporate events, integrating these initiatives with social media and digital campaigns.
  • Support global brand promotion and event management for overseas offices and activities in locations such as Milan, Bangkok and the Middle East.
  • Handle ad‑hoc communications and branding assignments as required by management.

IDEAL CANDIDATES

  • University degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Media or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in communications and/or social media management, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing integrated communication strategies across PR, digital and social media.
  • Strong hands‑on expertise with both Hong Kong / international social platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and Mainland Chinese platforms (e.g. WeChat, RedNote, Douyin, Weibo).
  • Digitally savvy and analytical, with practical experience in SEO, Google Analytics and social media insights to guide strategy and decision‑making.
  • Experience in interior design, architecture, or related creative industries is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging and brand‑consistent messages.
  • Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
  • A proactive, collaborative and detail‑oriented mindset, with a genuine interest in design, architecture and the creative industries.
