🌿 Account Manager – Dallas Branch (Mesquite, TX)

We’re hiring an Account Manager to help lead our Dallas operations and take client care and property management to the next level. This role is perfect for someone with a little experience under their belt but a strong drive to build a career in commercial landscaping. You’ll be a vital part of a team that values excellence, integrity, and people — always.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial/multifamily landscape maintenance clients
• Oversee and support crew performance on assigned properties, with backup from a Superintendent
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure top-tier service quality and property health
• Identify enhancement opportunities, create proposals, and close additional work
• Coordinate schedules, services, and seasonal needs with internal teams and clients
• Track tasks, notes, and progress using Aspire software (training provided)

🔧 Tools of the Trade:

• Aspire (experience is a plus, but we’ll train you!)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Powerpoint/Word)

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in landscaping
• 2+ years experience in account management, or a client-facing role (preferred but not required)
• Strong communicator (both written and verbal) who can build strong relationships with clients and teams
• Problem solver with a high attention to detail
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Comfortable working both in the office and out in the field
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) a plus but not mandatory
• Bonus points for: Irrigation or pesticide license, arborist cert, or landscaping sales/ops background

This position is based at our Dallas Branch office in Mesquite, TX, with regular travel to client properties across the metroplex.
