Requirements

- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance database systems to support large-scale applications. - Optimize database queries, indexing strategies, and partitioning to enhance performance. - Monitor database health, ensuring high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery. - Manage and fine-tune SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB). - Implement database security policies, encryption, and access control to protect sensitive data. - Automate database backups, replication, and failover mechanisms. - Work closely with developers to optimize queries, schema design, and data modeling. - Perform capacity planning and monitor database growth trends. - Ensure compliance with data governance, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements. - Stay updated with the latest database technologies, trends, and best practices.
