Software Developer

As a Software Developer, you will play a central role in taking a rough business idea and turning it into a working solution. You will ensure our teams use the right digital tools and data to keep projects aligned, efficient, and fully compliant with both internal and client standards. Your work will support seamless collaboration between multiple teams.

Location: Mississauga, Ontario – on-site in office

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web and desktop applications.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle.
• Integrate applications with ERP and project management systems.
• Develop and maintain databases.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide user support.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement
• Use AI as part of their daily development workflow
• Think through the user experience, not just the code
• Own a project from start to finish
• Communicate with all levels of the organization and work through problems independently
• Be curious, resourceful and willing to learn

• Post secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• Must be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and a confident communicator.
• 3+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, Cursor et al
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
