Senior Full Stack .NET Developer (Contract-to-Hire)

6-Month Contract-to-Hire | Hybrid

Our client is undergoing a major modernization initiative and is looking for a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer who can help build scalable, modern applications while leveraging AI-assisted development tools and cloud-native technologies. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys greenfield development, modern architecture, and working closely with engineering leadership to shape technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain modern full-stack applications using C#/.NET 6/7/8 and Angular (v15+)
• Participate in modernization and greenfield development initiatives
• Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions in Azure
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Integrate and support LLM-powered features and AI-driven workflows in production environments
• Utilize AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency and code quality
• Contribute to best practices around architecture, testing, performance, and security

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET (6/7/8)
• Strong experience with Angular (v15+) and TypeScript
• Experience with modern Angular patterns including signals and reactive architectures
• Deep Azure experience including:
• App Services
• AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
• Azure DevOps pipelines
• Experience building and deploying scalable cloud-native applications
• Production experience integrating LLMs or AI-powered functionality into applications
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and modern software design principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry
• Experience working in modernization or digital transformation environments
• Background in microservices and containerized deployments
• Exposure to event-driven architecture or distributed messaging systems
