Your role
At Swisseon, you will grow your business with a high level of autonomy and a compensation model aligned with your performance:
- Identify, acquire and develop HNW/UHNW client relationships
- Generate sustainable Net New Assets (NNA) and grow Assets under Management (AuM)
- Increase wallet share and optimise portfolio profitability
- Take full ownership of the client relationship, from prospecting to long-term retention
- Provide asset allocation advice aligned with client objectives, time horizon and risk profile
- Recommend bespoke investment solutions
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance follow-up
- Work closely with Investment Managers and product specialists
- Maintain rigorous AML/KYC discipline and regulatory compliance
- Ensure structured documentation and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
- Contribute actively to team momentum and business growth
The profile we are looking for
- Master’s degree with a specialisation in Finance preferred
- CFA and/or MBA is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English or in French, and an additional language would be an asset.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing UHNW clients
- Strong existing client network within target markets
- Excellent investment expertise and strong financial analytical skills
- Sound understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Client-centric and solution-oriented mindset
