Your role

At Swisseon, you will grow your business with a high level of autonomy and a compensation model aligned with your performance:

  • Identify, acquire and develop HNW/UHNW client relationships
  • Generate sustainable Net New Assets (NNA) and grow Assets under Management (AuM)
  • Increase wallet share and optimise portfolio profitability
  • Take full ownership of the client relationship, from prospecting to long-term retention
  • Provide asset allocation advice aligned with client objectives, time horizon and risk profile
  • Recommend bespoke investment solutions
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance follow-up
  • Work closely with Investment Managers and product specialists
  • Maintain rigorous AML/KYC discipline and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure structured documentation and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
  • Contribute actively to team momentum and business growth


The profile we are looking for

  • Master’s degree with a specialisation in Finance preferred
  • CFA and/or MBA is a strong advantage
  • Fluent in English or in French, and an additional language would be an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing UHNW clients
  • Strong existing client network within target markets
  • Excellent investment expertise and strong financial analytical skills
  • Sound understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Client-centric and solution-oriented mindset
  • Impeccable professional integrity
