Your Role

At Asset Street, you develop your business with a high level of autonomy and a model fully aligned with your performance. You choose the markets you serve — we welcome RMs with client networks anywhere in the world:

• Identification, acquisition and development of HNW/UHNW clients
• Sustainable generation of Net New Assets (NNA) and AuM growth
• Expansion of wallet share and optimization of portfolio profitability
• Full ownership of the client relationship, from prospecting to long-term retention
• Asset allocation advice aligned with client objectives, time horizon and risk profile
• Recommendation of tailored investment solutions, including private market and off-market opportunities
• Periodic portfolio reviews and performance monitoring
• Close collaboration with Investment Managers and product specialists
• Rigorous AML/KYC discipline and full regulatory compliance under the FINMA framework
• Structured documentation and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
• Active contribution to team culture and collective momentum

The Profile We Are Looking For

• Master's degree with a specialization in Finance preferred
• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and/or MBA a strong asset
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a strong asset
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing HNW/UHNW client relationships in a bank or asset manager
• Established and portable network of HNW/UHNW clients — geography open
• Strong investment expertise, financial statement analysis skills and technical competence across asset classes
• Solid understanding of the Swiss (FINMA) regulatory framework and cross-border compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Client-centric and solutions-oriented mindset
