What is the role?

Responsibilities

The Transversal Team mainly supports multiple systems for the HR Corporate Teams on Java/J2EE and Angular tech stack and, as a Technical Lead Fullstack Developer you will be responsible for:

• Support multiple strategic transformation of in-house and vendor systems.
• Design, development, modification, testing, adaptation, and/or implementation and post implementation support of short- and long-term software solutions to business and technology needs.
• Review system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs and implement software solutions.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment on highly complex issues
• Work closely with the Onshore team and work in Agile manner.
• Develop assigned user story
• Ensure developments level of quality
• Ensure a good report of advancement to the team leader
• Ensure a good level of commitments to avoid global schedule shift due to dependencies

What qualities do we look for?

• Expert in Java Backend (Spring Boot) (+6 years)
• Expert in Angular (+4 years)
• Expert in Microservices
• Experience in Oracle, Docker. Kubernetes & NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Knowledge in UML, DevOps, IntelliJ, Gitlab (Pipeline CI/CD), Cloud Object Storage
