Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales channels and business teams to understand market needs, identify promotional opportunities, and develop effective campaign and sales support solutions.
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies to support product promotion, strategic business objectives, and corporate branding.
  • Lead end-to-end product marketing initiatives, including the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, leaflets, sales presentation materials, flyers, product videos, and launch event coordination.
  • Work closely with advertising agencies, event partners, marketing vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials and campaign assets.
  • Manage official corporate social media platforms, including WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, as well as maintain and update website content and external communication materials.
  • Support marketing operations, including report preparation, documentation management, administrative coordination, and ad-hoc project support as required.
  • Ensure all marketing communications are aligned with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company positioning.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, product marketing, branding, or corporate communications.
  • Experience in the life insurance industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and bilingual communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Proven experience in managing corporate social media platforms, including WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Commercially minded, results-oriented, and able to translate business needs into practical marketing solutions.
  • Independent, well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrates good judgment, creativity, and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing tools and content management systems is an advantage.
