Accountant (m/f/d) - Part-time position – Focus on real estate trading

We’re looking for you! The Variond Group is a dynamic company in the real estate industry. We acquire, restructure, and market existing properties to investors nationwide. To strengthen our team, we are seeking an experienced accountant specializing in financial accounting with in-depth expertise in real estate transactions. Your Responsibilities - Independently managing financial accounting in DATEV for multiple companies (holding, intermediate, and project companies) - Posting of day-to-day business transactions and maintenance of a transparent financial overview - Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) - Responsibility for general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable accounting - Review, account assignment, and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices - Reconciliation and maintenance of bank accounts, cash accounts, loan accounts, and clearing accounts - Preparation and maintenance of OPOS lists - Preparation and participation in annual financial statements in close collaboration with the tax advisor - Preparation and submission of advance VAT returns - Management of intercompany relationships (loans, equity investments, profit transfers, offsets) - Analysis and resolution of accounting discrepancies - Collaboration on the further development of internal processes with a focus on digitalization and efficiency What to expect - 100% remote option – flexible scheduling and location-independent work - Mini-job or flexible part-time position (hours to be agreed upon), ideal for long-term collaboration - Close collaboration with a professional, motivated team - Opportunity to actively contribute your own ideas and suggestions for improvement - State-of-the-art technology and tools to streamline work processes - The opportunity to actively contribute to the growth of our company Our employees are the key to our success. Requirements - Completed training as a certified accountant (IHK) or comparable qualification - Several years of experience in real estate trading or with real estate companies - In-depth knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the accounting of real estate transactions - Proficiency in DATEV, Salesforce, and MS Office - Excellent written and spoken German - Independent, structured, and precise work style - High level of reliability and confidentiality when handling sensitive data If you see yourself in this role, we look forward to hearing from you.
