The Role

  • Define and drive the roadmap for enterprise payments, modernizing existing payment types and introducing innovations.
  • Collaborate closely with a diverse team of product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, operations, and business partners.
  • Shape product strategy and develop, launch, and enhance payment experiences for consumers, small businesses, and commercial clients.
  • Blend digital design with backend integration to provide real-time transaction capabilities with straight-through processing.
  • Champion a human-centered approach, obsessing over customer needs to innovate product solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex customer problems and achieve organizational alignment.

What You'll Need

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
  • Deep passion for payments and product-centric thinking to analyze problems and develop intuitive solutions.
  • Ability to navigate technical development discussions with engineering partners.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying user experience, operational fulfillment, and risk to business partners.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
