We are seeking a commercially focused and data-driven SaaS Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function in Seoul, South Korea. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role responsible for driving brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue pipeline across the Korean market.
You will own the full go-to-market marketing strategy for Korea. Including digital campaigns, content, events and partnerships while working closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
This is an ideal role for a marketer who is comfortable operating at both the strategic and executional level, and who has a strong understanding of B2B SaaS buyer behaviour in the Korean market.
Salary Range: ₩70,000,000 – ₩110,000,000 / year (base)
Reporting To: Director of Marketing, SaaS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (주요 업무)
Demand Generation & Pipeline
- Own the Korean demand generation strategy: inbound, outbound-assist, ABM, and digital campaigns
- Drive qualified Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) volume and pipeline contribution targets in partnership with the Sales team
- Manage paid digital channels: Naver Ads, Kakao Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Build and manage marketing automation workflows in HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Track, report, and optimise CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and pipeline attribution
Brand & Content Marketing
- Develop and execute Korea-specific content strategy: blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and social media
- Localise global brand and product messaging for the Korean market including translation and cultural adaptation
- Manage the Korean-language website (카카오 채널, Naver Blog, LinkedIn Korea presence)
- Commission and oversee third-party creative agencies, designers, and content writers
- Develop customer success stories and testimonials from Korean reference customers
Events & Community
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual events: product webinars, customer roundtables, and industry conferences
- Represent the company at key Korean tech and SaaS industry events (Korea SaaS Conference, NIPA events, Google for Startups, etc.)
- Build relationships with Korean tech media, analysts, and industry communities
- Coordinate with global marketing team on event participation at international events (e.g., SaaStr)
Growth & Analytics
- Own the Korea marketing budget to plan, track, and report on spend vs. ROI
- Be accountable for marketing outcomes using Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot dashboards
- Run A/B tests and conversion experiments across landing pages, email campaigns, and ad creative
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner closely with the Korea Country Manager and Sales leadership on pipeline reviews and forecasting
Collaborate with the global Product team on Korea-specific positioning and feature launch plans
Support customer success with customer marketing programs, NPS campaigns, and upsell/cross-sell materials
Provide Korea market insights to inform global product roadmap and GTM strategy
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE (필수 자격요건)
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a SaaS or technology company
- Proven track record of building and executing demand generation programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue
- Hands-on experience with Korean digital marketing platforms: Naver, Kakao, and related ad platforms
- Strong proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Data-driven approach — comfortable with Google Analytics 4, marketing dashboards, and attribution reporting
- Demonstrated experience with content marketing, SEO, and paid search/social in a B2B context
- Native or fluent Korean speaker with strong business-level English (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
NICE TO HAVE (우대 사항)
- Experience in a global SaaS company with a regional/country marketing remit
- Prior experience managing a small marketing team or agency relationships
- Knowledge of Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions and self-serve funnel optimisation
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) frameworks
- Experience with Korean SaaS ecosystem: familiarity with NIPA, K-Startup, and key VC/PE networks
- Understanding of Korean enterprise buying behaviour and procurement cycles
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Business
