Key Responsibilities
- Support the supervisor in managing daily operations of the delivery station.
- Lead and guide a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift.
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries.
- Assist with team briefings and ensure all staff follow safety and quality standards.
- Identify and report issues affecting performance or service quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
- Train new team members on basic station processes and best practices.
- Communicate with other teams (transport, customer service) as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments.
- Hands-on, reliable, and willing to take responsibility.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
