Key Responsibilities

  • Support the supervisor in managing daily operations of the delivery station.
  • Lead and guide a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries.
  • Assist with team briefings and ensure all staff follow safety and quality standards.
  • Identify and report issues affecting performance or service quality.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
  • Train new team members on basic station processes and best practices.
  • Communicate with other teams (transport, customer service) as needed.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments.
  • Hands-on, reliable, and willing to take responsibility.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
